Norm conserving pseudopotential for carbon with
two gipaw projectors per s and p channel and a 
core-hole in the 1s state.

The pseudo has been used to calculate electronic
structure and K-edge XAS spectra in Graphite and 
Graphene using the XSPECTRA code.
